Health Update #1 Finally.......I've been able to address the lower back pain that has been plaguing me since Oct. 2009!! After a comprehensive examination by my PT it was determined that we need to take a three prong approach to treatment. 1 - treat the pain, 2 - stretch the muscles that are causing the pain, and 3 - strengthen those muscles. He gave me four stretches to work on 3 times a day for a week, I'll see him again next Monday.
